Direct Support Worker - Ashgrove Location: Ashgrove, Brisbane

Hours: Casual shifts between 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $44ph depending on Experience plus Salary Sacrifice

Share your ideas, raise concerns, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment. What would I be doing? Playing a pivotal role with the centre's team of dedicated support workers, to enable the best outcomes for our clients. Providing support and assistance to individuals on matters of personal care including, but not limited to, bathing, toileting, dressing, eating and taking of medication. Facilitating and leading arts and music programs to support our clients with their creative goals. Providing safe and effective services and supports for daily living to optimise individuals' independence, health, well-being and quality of life. Ensuring that individuals are offered the opportunity and encouraged in a positive manner to make their own decisions and choices about their lives and lifestyles. Protecting an individual's dignity and privacy, and ensuring that a client's personal information is not disclosed without the express permission of the individual concerned.
