About the Role In this customer-focused role, casual work is 3-4 days per week, between Monday to Friday.
The Direct Sales Account Manager will actively pursue all HCG national-based tele sales initiatives through the integration of the product brands into the HCG framework.
This will be achieved through sourcing leads, qualifying, selling products, and providing a high level of customer service to clients within a specific geographic area, whilst continuously looking to increase the market.
We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience: Qualification - Qualified Hairdresser Strong experience with face-to-face/on-line customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability in developing ongoing relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty Well-developed organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and provide a high level of customer service Self-motivated and driven; a fast learner with a calm & positive influence A team player with an outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality Proven negotiation and selling skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver an outstanding result for both customer and the business Benefits and Culture: In exchange for your expertise and contribution, we offer the opportunity to play an exciting role in this South Australian-born entrepreneurial company.
