Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the Amart Direct Marketing team to achieve the goals, strategies, and outcomes relative to the strategic marketing objectives based on the Amart Business Plan across the channels of email, SMS, and web push. Your Responsibilities: This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand and are passionate about all things Direct Marketing! Some of your duties will include: Lead the creation of all eDM trade communications using templated modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including writing email copy and working with the graphic design team to ensure the final email assets meet the campaign objectives and incorporate industry best practices. Own the 'new to Amart' stream of Direct Marketing alongside internal stakeholders, executing high-quality and on-brand communications. Complete data selection and scheduling of all email and SMS communications. Monitor, track, and report on key email performance metrics regularly, compiling a monthly report on trade communications, journey communications, Marketing Cloud Personalisation, and database health to circulate to the wider team. Execute assigned tasks for all projects that include SFMC or Marketing Cloud personalisation alongside the Direct Marketing Manager. Lead the creation and scheduling of push notifications in OneSignal. Assist with segmentation decisions and report on segmentation results to create recommendations and next steps. Complete tasks for national Amart pricing script as per trade plan and ensure accuracy. Monitor the impacts of trade on database health and escalate any concerns. Define AB test requirements in line with testing framework, including scoping and scheduling, monitoring performance, and creating recommendations and next steps. Monitor the creative landscape and be forthcoming with new creative requirements for eDM and push notification channels. Create eDM wireframes for the creative team's execution. Assist the Direct Marketing Manager with the creation of automated journeys. Maintain the Direct Marketing calendar in Asana. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent accuracy, a high standard of execution, and consistent improvement. Promote and maintain good relationships with both internal and external teams, such as the buying team, marketing teams, and external agencies. Your Key Attributes include: A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field. Strong time management and attention to detail. 4-5 years of experience in a similar Email Marketing or Direct Marketing role. Experience with email marketing platforms is essential. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferable, but similar platforms will be considered such as Braze, HubSpot, or Adobe. Campaign management experience is essential, including segmentation, email creative asset development, testing, statistical significance testing, reporting, and analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, working with various internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong familiarity with Office Programs. An understanding of Email Deliverability Best Practices. An understanding of marketing automation. An understanding of marketing consent and relevant privacy laws. An understanding of HTML and CSS languages in email design. AMPScript or similar email personalisation language knowledge is considered favourably. A basic understanding of Google Analytics (or similar). Proud to be a 'unicorn', a fantastic mix of a love for data and a creative eye.
