Key Responsibilities:
Providing great education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and embedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
Carrying out observations, assessments, and completing relevant documentation, where required.

Successful applicants will have:
A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
Experience working as a Room Leader (at least 6 months)
Valid Working with Children Check
Valid First Aid Certificate
A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Great mentoring and leadership skills
A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
