About you Diploma qualified or studying towards a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and CareDemonstrated experience in a similar role within Early ChildhoodPractical knowledge of National Quality StandardsPassionate and committed to high qualify of early childhood and educationExcellent communication skills and leadership skillsCurrent First Aid Certificate including Asthma and AnaphylaxisCurrent Working with Children CheckAbout the role Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one anotherLead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your roomEnsure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirementsCreate a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environmentMaintain positive working relationships with all team membersEnsure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesBenefits for you?
