About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at ISS Integrated Serv P/L. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in our dining rooms.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and control the department budget to ensure efficient use of resources.Develop and review service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.Collaborate with the Human Resources team to recruit and select top talent for the department.Provide leadership and support to site staff to maintain a customer-focused and safe working environment.Ensure effective training, performance evaluations, and counseling of staff to drive excellence.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and other managers to drive business outcomes.RequirementsPrevious experience in FIFO mine site cleaning and supervision.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Proven leadership skills and decision-making capability to drive business results.Police clearance and medical fitness to pass pre-employment checks.Ability to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster from Perth Airport.Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills.Strong influencing and communication skills (coaching and mentoring).About ISSISS Integrated Serv P/L is a global workplace experience and facility management company that provides placemaking solutions to contribute to better business performance and make life easier, more productive, and enjoyable.
