Fort Knox is located in Melbourne having its HQ at Hawthorn where you will be working, as well as occasional travels to eleven (11) other sites.Reports toDigital Workplace Manager, Revantage Asia PacificHead of Finance, Fort Knox Self StorageHow You Add Value(including but not limited to)Deliver superior end-user service experience with positive outcomes, forward looking and embrace continuous improvement.Collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment and see through all service requests from end-to-end to their closure.Support and manage end-user computing devices including the IT Asset and License Inventory.Support and manage on-premise services including IT firmware upgrades and/or replacements.Support and manage the M365 and Cloud Platforms.Support and manage onsite audio/video technologies including event support.Support, manage and modify existing bespoke and 'off the shelf' business applications.Develop and maintain dashboard using visualization tool such as Power BI.Maintain the Fort Knox Intranet including integrated applications.Provide regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders on application issues, changes, and end user incidents.Collaborate with Cyber Security Team on meeting compliance, remediating vulnerabilities and incident handling, as well as the management of facility security platforms.Collaborate with Network Team on preventive/corrective maintenance ensuring seamless connectivity and limit downtime.Maintain IT/System procedures and knowledge base.Communicate and collaborate with third-party companies regarding warranties and service incidents ensuring smooth IT operations.Identify and work on continuous improvement opportunities.What You Bring To The RolePossess over 5 years of IT Service Delivery experience and 2 years of Application Development experience.Strong Technical Knowledge and Troubleshooting Skills with Windows OS, O365, M365 Policies, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender EDR/XDR, Email Security, DLP, MDM/MAM, Azure Cloud, ServiceNow, Mobile Devices, AV/VC, Printing, and Facility Technologies.Knowledge of application development environment RDBMS such as .Net, MSSQL, etc.Experience with CRM systems (preferably).Knowledge of IT connectivity, including network and Wi-Fi.Familiarity with M365/Infrastructure backup and disaster recovery processes.Ability to work independently and with diverse team, as well as willingness to continuously learn in an evolving environment.Great problem solving and time management skills.Highly self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic.Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.Keep abreast of the latest technology and cyber security trends.A valid driver's license to travel between the different Fort Knox locations where necessary.EEO STATEMENTOur company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
