About the role We have a newly created role for an experienced Digital Vendor Manager responsible for the management and oversight of external suppliers, vendors, and partners in order to ensure their compliance on quality, cost, and delivery standards.
The role is focused on governing and promoting compliance across the technology Vendors, securing business support for procurement initiatives, and adding value to the business which would ultimately enable innovation and cost optimization through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities include: Prepare, own, and lead Digital vendor segmentation process.Regularly review and improve the effectiveness of supplier governing processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.Provide subject matter expertise in technology contract agreements.Work closely with Digital service owners and Business stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective operation of end-to-end governance procurement processes.Maintain supplier contracts and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.Provide compliance advice to the group for procurement policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software, and service.About You Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Business Management or equivalent.Complete knowledge in contract lifecycle management and negotiating skills.In-depth knowledge and experience of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).ITIL or Service Management background.Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, subscriptions, and maintenance acumen.Why you should come and work for us Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
