About the Role:We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Digital Transformation Manager to drive innovation and technology advancement across the Mauri business.
In this strategic new role, you will collaborate across teams to develop and mature our technology architecture, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mauri's business goals.
You will play a crucial part in developing a culture of innovation while guiding the organisation through its digital transformation journey.
Key responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and roadmap to deliver fit-for-purpose business solutions.Establishing governance mechanisms to ensure digital and ICT investments align with Mauri and broader GWF strategies.Providing advice to the Mauri Leadership Team and key stakeholders, staying up to date with the latest technology trends and innovations.Building and nurturing relationships with key internal stakeholders, including other technology managers across GWF business units and corporate IT services.Effectively managing staff, budgets, planning, and risk, ensuring successful project delivery and operational efficiency.Building greater digital awareness and culture as we continue to optimise and adopt fit-for-purpose technologies linked to our business strategy (customer experience).About You:You are a forward-thinking and dynamic digital transformation professional who thrives in environments of change and innovation.
With a clear proven history of leading technology strategies, you possess the ability to balance long-term vision with practical, delivery-focused execution.
You will bring to the role:
