Digital Transformation Manager – Group

Digital Transformation Manager Manage the group portfolio of digital transformation projects and ensure that key projects go to the deployment phase.
Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct training for relevant departments within the organization.
Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices; responsible for discovery and experimentation of new and innovative technology and solutions to solve business issues.
Build and develop in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns.
Develop a digital culture at Trescal.
Tasks: Manage digital transformation projects and link closely with the IT department to ensure technical requirements are understood and addressed.
Ensure projects are implemented operationally.
Identify and coordinate external partners.
Get country buy-in to go to Proof of Concept phase for digital projects.
Communicate internally on digital solutions to ensure maximum roll-outs in Trescal countries.
Support deployment of digital solutions with appropriate training.
Network with external digital transformation professionals to identify practices and tools to introduce at Trescal.
Skills, Competencies & Qualifications: Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing projects.
Experience of facilitating and leading multi-discipline teams.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders.
Experience with digital or innovation projects.
Degree level in Science / Engineering / IT.
