This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Devens RFTA, MA - CONUS | AC/RC: RC | ACOM: USARC.The Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide. The DTFM provides management and oversight for the assigned DTF. Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.Responsibilities include the following:Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.Coordinates facility maintenance and interacts with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.Adheres to EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers, and verifies operation of hardware and software in the DTFs.Maintains facility security, operating equipment, and assists students in using assets provided in DTFs.Monitors and reports the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at their site locations.Partners with other appropriate entities to create secure lab environments.Provides appropriate metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.Provides server and application support and maintenance.Reports the operational status of the DTF(s) to the appropriate chain of command and Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).Schedules training in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).Experience:5 years of management experience within the realm of IT support and/or management (Required).The ability to analyze and evaluate trainees to summarize, forecast, and identify requirements.The ability to communicate orally and in writing to coordinate and schedule training sessions and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or related).U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" by the USG's designated Security Office.Given the nature of this requirement, all personnel is expected to hold a Secret Security Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).BENEFITS AND HIGHLIGHTSCompetitive CompensationGroup Health Insurance Health Benefits401(k) Retirement Savings PlanVacation and Paid Time Off (PTO) BenefitsPre-Tax Payment ProgramsPurchasing Discounts & Savings PlansSecurity ClearancePerformance IncentivesProSidian Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
