About the Role
As a Senior Digital Specialist, you'll uphold best practices and implement global digital projects. This supports RX's digital strategies and innovations across digital channels and products. You'll focus on delivering the RX global digital strategy locally, collaborating with global product owners, offshore partners, and the local Digital Manager.
Responsibilities
Maintaining optimum customer experience on event websites and digital products.
Collaborating with marketing and event teams to implement best practice digital environments.
Ensuring digital tools and channels accurately represent core brand values and drive customer satisfaction.
Working with the Digital Manager to monetize products and support digital revenue growth.
Providing operational support for products and offering customer feedback for enhancements.
Communicating product successes within the business, locally and globally.
Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in the absence of the Digital Manager.
Establishing urgency of tasks, prioritizing, and multitasking under pressure.
Requirements
Appropriate IT qualifications, with a tertiary degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital delivery role, ideally in B2B and B2C industries.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, SEO, Google Search Console, and digital marketing technologies.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience in mobile app development, website usability, design, and accessibility.
Sound understanding of exhibitor portal/directory configuration, Salesforce, Eloqua, Intranet, and social media landscapes.
First-line support experience (preferably with Service Now or similar ticketing systems).
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently under pressure.
Ability to focus on customer experience in all projects, coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and global colleagues.
