).Professional / technical skills:Very strong HTML / CSS coding experience for email; minimum 3 years campaign experience.Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills.Knowledge / understanding of usability principles.Extensive experience on various platforms, specifically emails, forms, landing pages, distribution lists, contact groups, and filters.Convert design files into HTML emails with images and HTML code optimized for all major email clients.Proven ability to segment and filter distribution lists using data tools like Microsoft Excel.Strong influencing skills.Excellent time-management skills, organization, project management skills, and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Ability to delegate effectively.Ability to communicate to key stakeholders news that doesn't suit their business priority on certain initiatives.Ability to operate under pressure of consistent deadlines.
