Reasonable workplace adjustments are made for people with disabilities.Primary Objective: Assist in managing the Tourism NT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and provide training and support to staff on the CRM and associated Power Apps.
Supervise the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) management of Tourism NT's Northern Territory tourism operator listings.Context Statement: The Digital Marketing and Data team at Tourism NT aims to maintain and provide advanced digital marketing infrastructure to meet operational and strategic objectives while delivering expertise in digital and data strategy.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Support the Digital Systems Manager in project management, collaborating with internal and external partners.Assist in researching and developing new digital solutions for Tourism NT.Support the operation of the CRM platform by identifying new features and creating email templates, web forms, surveys, and dashboards.Provide training to Tourism NT stakeholders to enhance digital skills in CRM and Power Apps.Oversee ATDW's performance against key indicators, including industry engagement and quality assurance.Execute administrative tasks such as budget management and small procurement activities.Selection Criteria:Essential:Experience providing digital or technical training and/or advice in a professional environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform environment.Well-developed written and oral communication skills.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Desirable:Knowledge of the Northern Territory tourism industry.Credentials or certifications in Dynamics D365 CRM, Power BI, Azure.Experience with CRM systems and/or MS Power Platform.Experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and copywriting.Experience in exporting, formatting, mapping, and analysing data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
