The Role Working from one of our Campus locations around the state, the Digital Support Officer will craft engaging content that promotes inclusivity and ensures that our content remains accessible, appealing, up-to-date, helping shape the future of TasTAFE's digital landscape.

On any given day, your duties will include: Collaborating with a diverse range of teams to craft captivating digital content tailored for various purposes and audiences.Contributing to an intuitive, visually appealing, accessible and mobile friendly design that enhances user experience and elevates the TasTAFE brand.Utilising and configuring a variety of digital systems, including an enterprise content management system, the Intranet and more.Preparing and maintaining documentation and ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.Investigating, diagnosing and resolving issues, as well as providing user support and training for a range of digital systems.Ensuring all new and existing content and design is compliant with accessibility and SEO best practices.What will you bring Demonstrated experience in creating engaging digital content tailored for various platforms and target audiences.Proven ability to collaborate effectively, build strong working relationships and a capacity to manage your own performance.Proficiency in the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of a range of different digital systems.Familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML and CSS.Strong problem-solving, research and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and offer relevant recommendations.Tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience in Information and Communication Technology or Digital Marketing.A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
