About the RoleBased in Melbourne with a hybrid working arrangement, this permanent position provides the opportunity to drive the organisation's digital strategy and performance. As a key leader, you'll translate strategic visions into actionable plans, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the organisation's digital presence.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Digital Strategy Manager, you will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with organisational goals; Translate high-level concepts into actionable delivery plans with defined success metrics; Oversee the use of digital analytics and Tableau, to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation; Lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment; Promote agile methodologies within the team and streamline digital workflows; Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to harmonise digital initiatives. About YouThe successful candidate will have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; A minimum of 7 years' experience in digital strategy, platform management, or software development; Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or similar); A proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that deliver exceptional user experiences; Expertise in data analytics and tools such as Power BI and Google Optimise; Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a cross-functional team; Experience working with CMS platforms, UX/UI design principles, and digital project methodologies. Additional DetailsSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening, including a National Police Check and, where applicable, a Working with Children Check.
