About the role We are currently looking to add a Digital Strategy Consultant to our Customer Consultancy team, to help customers achieve their business and digital objectives by leveraging modern software capabilities and digital best practices. This role requires a combination of creative, strategic and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and define web solutions, recommendations and roadmaps for customers.
What you'll be responsible for Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads. Conduct market and customer research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies. Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Learning agility: Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.
