About the role We are currently looking to add a Digital Strategy Consultant to our Customer Consultancy team, to help customers achieve their business and digital objectives by leveraging modern software capabilities and digital best practices.
This role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and define web solutions, recommendations, and roadmaps for customers.
What you'll be responsible for Customer Journey Insight Development: Understand a brand's customers and their journey throughout touch points and processes to drive strategy for positive customer experience.
Multi-Channel Strategy: Execute marketing strategy by using relevant marketing channels.
Marketing Automation: Use software to automate and simplify marketing tasks.
Skills you'll need Creativity: Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.
Attention to Detail: Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
Problem Solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.
