Digital Strategist Crows Nest, New South Wales Location Permanent Full-Time Position Want to join a rapidly growing digital marketing agency where your success and achievements will be recognised and rewarded?
We're looking for a Digital Strategist with in-depth technical skills across PPC, SEO and Social to work closely with our Sales Team. This individual will be championing the technical aspects of digital marketing and further educating our team!
Responsibilities, but not limited to: Conduct in-depth PPC + SEO audit for prospective clients to uncover what they're doing well, and what needs to be improved. Working with the sales team to ideate the best 3, 6, 9, 12 months strategy to deliver this client growth via PPC + SEO. Expertise in Adwords & FB audits are most critical. Supporting the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (using templates already in place and improving them consistently). Training and mentoring the sales team to be experts in SEO, Adwords & Facebook and hold high value, enterprise level conversations with clients of all shapes and sizes. Working with the sales & delivery teams to minimize misunderstandings, maximise alignment. Continually bridging the gap to ensure maximise revenue results for customers. Managing the on-boarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up. Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years of knowledge of the key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns, as well as inbound of multi channel marketing concepts. At least 1-3 years practical experience in managing Google Adwords and Facebook accounts. Knowledge and application of SEO, and Web Analytics tools for data analysis (Basic & Advanced Analytics Certified). Know how to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of the OMG technical audit. Have satisfied intermediate level skills in the task training schedule and/or other soft/hard skills as defined by management, including but not limited to project management, communication, interpersonal skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Familiar with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter interfaces. Familiar with Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Desktop software. Experience planning & implementing integrated campaigns across display, SEM, Social and PPC. Strong analytical focus and data interpretation skills, strong use of Google Analytics.
