Drive digital communications transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to optimise processes and deliver value.Gather business requirements, define digital priorities, and align initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders. Act as product owner for digital projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder interests and strategic objectives. Define the vision and goals, prioritise features, and manage the product backlog, while collaborating with ITDG and PMO to define project scope and objectives.Establish and maintain governance frameworks and processes for managing digital assets, ensuring compliance with online standards and policies. Strategise the analytics approach, lead the setup of dashboards, and ensure effective data reporting and utilisation by the team.Serve as the primary contact between PMO, ITDG, and the Digital Transformation team for the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch, ensuring alignment of broader organisation projects with digital communications objectives. Engage stakeholders at all levels, gather feedback, and address concerns or issues as they arise.Manage vendor relationships, coordinate procurement processes, and ensure compliance with Commonwealth policies.Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, championing new technologies and promoting a culture of digital literacy.
