The Role:
As the Digital Platform Specialist, reporting to the Digital Experience Lead, you will oversee and manage a range of company-owned and third-party digital platforms, as well as cloud-based tools. Your responsibilities will include supporting platform development, spearheading new digital implementations, managing ongoing operations, and preparing comprehensive reports. Additionally, you will proactively manage the digital platforms' backlog to enhance member experiences and meet regulatory requirements.
What Success Looks Like: Digital Platform Management & Optimisation: Manage and optimize the company's public-facing CMS, collaborating with the Digital Agency to update, test, and publish content, including landing pages and other necessary website updates. Oversee the Sitecore Member Portal to update, test, and deliver content, working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to implement personalisation strategies. Manage a variety of owned and third-party digital platforms, leveraging cloud-based tools to advance platform development and execute new digital initiatives. Digital Projects: Drive end-to-end delivery of digital enhancements by defining requirements, creating delivery plans, setting up reporting frameworks, and assessing implementation outcomes while continually improving user experience (UX). Digital Reporting & Analysis: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of digital assets and analyse user behaviour. Provide monthly and quarterly reports, making informed recommendations for optimisation. Brand Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the brand's tone of voice and value proposition, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the Digital Agency and manage retainer hours effectively to align with budget and fund strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards. Key Skills and Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of digital management practices and their impact on user engagement. Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and personalization tools, with a preference for experience with Optimizely. Expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, SEO, and related search tools. Proficiency in at least one design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). Proven experience with user-centric design methodologies and delivering user-focused solutions. Familiarity with regulated industries, preferably with experience in superannuation. Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and SharePoint. How to Apply:
