What you will do The DSR Trainee is a member of the Digital Solutions & Resources team. The role of DSR Trainee is to support staff in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software, and to work with other members of the DSR team in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems.
