What you will do The DSR coordinator is a member of the Digital Solutions & Resources team.
The role of DSR coordinator is to support staff in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals, and software, and to work with other members of the DSR team in the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems.
What you need to succeed 5 years of IT experience and a tertiary qualification in IT.Experience in Desktop, Server, Networking, Cloud, and Applications matters.Demonstrable experience in managing vendor relationships.Experience in the Not-For-Profit (For Purpose) sector is ideal.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Knowledge of Essential 8, NIST, and IS27001 is ideal.Previous experience in systems analysis, business analysis, and project management is ideal.Strong understanding of technology trends, security practices, and compliance requirements.Current driver's license.Cleared Valid for paid work, Working with Children's Check (WWCC).How to apply Please send us: A copy of your resume.A cover letter that outlines why you are a good fit for the role.Join us and you'll be smiling too when you make more of a difference.
