Our perks and Benefits:Flexible workingWork a 9-day fortnight at Full pay on the Enterprise agreementUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveFertility leaveYearly corporate wear allowanceProfessional development and educational assistanceSalary Range Starting from $150,332 + SuperAnd so much more!What you'll do:Prioritise demand, through business relationships and governance processes, of the in scope business units relating to major business initiatives, systems enhancements, and the performance & operational effectiveness of existing systems.Establish an annual plan for system investment and improvement initiatives linked directly to business initiatives and company priorities. The plan will include a roadmap of systems which will meet the long-term objectives of the enterprise architecture.Establish and provide stewardship over data architecture based upon the needs for/of decision support and business processes.Implement a delivery capability with selected contractors and internal staff to support the Platform Managers within the Operations and Strategy & Performance Portfolios.Implement support and maintenance for all application systems delivered to production through establishment of a high-performance team.Build enhancements to current systems and implement new solutions through establishment of a blended team of dedicated internal Digital staff, vendor staff, and business representatives in order that a fully capable project team is in place for completing agile sprints, using agile delivery methods.What we are looking for:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Project Management or other relevant tertiary educationKnowledge in:Agile delivery methodologiesFunctions of mobile systems incorporating scheduling, timesheeting and safetyFunctions of Analytics solutions using a combination of real time data sources and transaction systems with the presentation through web-based dashboardsDemonstrated experience in successfully leading an IT team fostering a culture of high performance and customer focusExtensive relationship management skills, demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively provide high quality customer service, vendor management and high level interpersonal skillsProven experience in assessing customer and business systems needs and the development of reports and business cases for the procurement of business information systems and processesDemonstrated success in developing and implementing IT software/systems/tools that delivered significant business benefit for the organisationCurrent NSW Drivers LicenceHow we will support you:At WaterNSW, we balance flexibility – and the way we work – with the needs of the business, our teams, and us as individuals.
