About the opportunityStep into a rewarding leadership position and play a pivotal role in working with the business to determine process, software, and system requirements to meet strategic objectives.
As a leader, this role drives innovation in technology, helping the business discover new ways to improve service delivery to clients.Provide leadership and strategic direction, working closely with the business to effectively deliver agreed-upon projects and operational activities while meeting business expectations and ensure seamless collaboration between IT Infrastructure, Service Desk and development teams.Develop and foster strong business relationships through proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners with the ability to provide understanding to a non technical audience and ability to communicate clearly in an articulate mannerSolution Development and Project Management (agile preferred)Security, Risk and Compliance management – Manage solution risks and security requirements, escalating issues as necessary and developing both tactical and strategic remediation plans.Operational Management and team Development – Manage a team of highly skilled technical professionals and help them thriveAbout youDemonstrated technical and managerial experience in a complex Software Development or Technology environmentExceptional knowledge of software development and solutions deliveryProactive and hands-on leader with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ability to think outside the box to solve problems and deliver solutions.Strong communication skills and exceptional customer-centric focus.Manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced, highly technical environmentStrong focus on continual improvement with a desire to learn new technologies and new ways of workingDegree in Management, business, Information Technology or relevant field.Project management skills or experience (Agile preferred).Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.Australian Citizen or permanent resident.Diversity and InclusionWe are proud to hold the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice Citation and be a recognised Disability Confident Company.
