About you:
As a member of the Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of clients to manage, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. You'll be developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. This hybrid role will be based in Chatswood, Sydney.
You'll be a natural team player who wants to work with a high performing, high energy team.
Day-to-day, you will:
Proactively call, understand the needs of, and engage with, clients who have shown an interest in our products via referrals.
Develop and maintain your own pipeline, and work towards individual monthly and quarterly KPI's & targets to support your own and the wider sales team goals.
Carry out online meetings & product demonstrations with clients, providing product quotations as required.
Negotiate and close sales (with support from your senior team).
Your skills and experiences might also include:
A proven track record of proactively making telephone calls to prospects or customers – experience selling software over the phone is preferable.
Experience in selling business management software or related solutions, along with strong presentation and negotiating skills.
Persuasive and compelling when expressing ideas and concepts, with excellent communication and rapport building skills.
An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business process and practice, ensuring the CRM system is always current to enable good and accurate sales reporting.
