The Role
As our Digital Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, leading the delivery of ecommerce projects and managing ongoing client relationships.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for our clients, gaining deep insights into their businesses and aligning our services to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are kept informed of project progress.
Project Coordination Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client projects are on track and delivered on time, meeting all quality standards.
Resource Management Effectively manage and allocate and forecast resources to optimise team productivity and maintain project quality.
Issue Resolution Proactively address any client concerns or issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and to the client's satisfaction.
Process Improvement Continuously review and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management Regularly check in with clients to understand their ongoing needs, gather feedback, and ensure continued satisfaction with our services.
