Impact is what we deliver.Position Overview:As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role utilising your strengths in effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and management of project deliverables to ensure the successful execution of projects with a key client.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer projects end to end using Agile methodologies, ensuring strong and regular communication between customers and team members.Contribute to pre-sales processes and estimations, as required, and coach others in presales and estimations processes.Ensure projects are delivered successfully in line with contractual requirements and to customer satisfaction.Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.Lead project teams ensuring high efficiency and morale in project teams.Run customer meetings and workshops effectively, ensuring appropriate planning and communication to maximise meeting and workshop efficiency.Identify and mitigate project risks early, involving the relevant team members as needed.Provide project reporting for your projects and assist the PM Lead in portfolio level reporting, as required.Coach and mentor Project Managers on all aspects of our agile methodology, project delivery processes, and any individual improvement and development needs.Contribute to the continual improvement of CI&T's Agile project management practices.Ideal Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience in project management role within professional services, consulting, or similar digital environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.This is a full-time permanent position, and you must have appropriate work rights in Australia to be considered.
