A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.Candidates must be Brisbane based, or willing to relocate.About the role:The Digital Production Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and implementing the digital and distribution systems that drive revenue for the Virgin Australia group. This role ensures that commercial, customer, and compliance objectives are consistently met across key platforms.Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, the Analyst will prioritize enhancements, manage issues, and resolve defects to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of core customer-facing applications and platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and booking engines, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
