Create an impact as a Digital Product Owner
Your Role Are you ready to lead and drive digital transformation within Direct Insurance Australia? We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to head up a matrix team, delivering key digital strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our business and enhance customer experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact digital change.
Your focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes, improving agile and hybrid delivery capabilities, and ensuring the successful completion of key milestones and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and Orchestrate: Lead a matrix team to deliver assigned digital initiatives, driving collaboration across various functions.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and negotiating effectively to achieve business and customer goals.Agile Transformation: Foster an agile mindset and help elevate hybrid delivery capabilities across the team and broader organization.Delivery Focus: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and identified benefits are met to the highest standards.If you're passionate about delivering change in a dynamic, digital-first environment and driving innovation that delivers exceptional business and customer outcomes, this is the role for you.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term position, full-time opportunity to be based in Sydney ideally.
About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in digital program delivery and project management.Experience in Agile methodology or SCRUM certified.Demonstrated experience leading high-performance matrix teams in the delivery of work.Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, negotiation trade-offs, and navigating ambiguity and responding to change.Strong influencing skills across various levels of the organization and demonstrated experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver key programs of work.Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.Applications close on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 23:59pm.
