We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to head up a matrix team, delivering key digital strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our business and enhance customer experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact digital change.
Your focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes, improving agile and hybrid delivery capabilities, and ensuring the successful completion of key milestones and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and Orchestrate: Lead a matrix team to deliver assigned digital initiatives, driving collaboration across various functions. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and negotiating effectively to achieve business and customer goals. Agile Transformation: Foster an agile mindset and help elevate hybrid delivery capabilities across the team and broader organization. Delivery Focus: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and identified benefits are met to the highest standards. This position is a 12 month fixed term position, full-time opportunity to be based in Sydney ideally.
About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Previous experience in digital program delivery and project management. Experience in Agile methodology or SCRUM certified. Demonstrated experience leading high performance matrix teams in the delivery of work. Strong commercial acumen. Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, negotiation trade-offs and navigating ambiguity and responding to change. Strong influencing skills across various levels of the organisation and demonstrated experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver key programs of work.
