As a Digital Product Owner at Team Global Express , you will be at the forefront of driving the product vision, evolution, and roadmap for our digital capabilities.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our products deliver the intended business and customer benefits.
You will lead with a digital and customer-first approach, leveraging your commercial acumen and analytical thinking to explain complex digital product concepts to non-technical users.
Your innovative problem-solving skills will be essential in addressing market opportunities and shifting customer priorities.
In this role, you will own the business case for digital product interventions and the benefit case that will accrue to Team Global Express once the products and capabilities are available to the broader market.
Your ability to engage with stakeholders, manage prioritisation, and deliver on-time, in-scope, and on-budget will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities Drive the Web, App and MarTech product vision and roadmap for digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer priorities.
Co-own specific digital customer vision and outcomes, a with business owners.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop digital product features and concepts.
Build and maintain the feature and story backlog, managing prioritisation and trade-offs.
Analyse and benchmark product features against market-leading products, incorporating industry learnings into the roadmap.
Work closely with the internal technology teams to define milestones and ensure on-time, in-scope and on budget delivery of product roadmap About You You are a result driven and hands on experienced Digital Product Owner with customer centric approach You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adept at explaining complex digital concepts to non-technical users.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of digital product development experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or retail.
Proven experience managing products in Website, App and Marketing technologies Demonstrated success in creating digital product vision, strategy, and enterprise solutions from ideation to launch.
Experience in owning and shaping product roadmaps, requirement scoping, and feature development.
Proven ability to collaborate and lead Program Increment (PI) cycles.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, prototyping, and iterative development.
High proficiency in leveraging data to make informed decisions about product feature increments.
