About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Previous experience in digital program delivery and project management.Experience in Agile methodology or SCRUM certified.Demonstrated experience leading high performance matrix teams in the delivery of work.Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, negotiation trade-offs and navigating ambiguity and responding to change.Strong influencing skills across various levels of the organization and demonstrated experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver key programs of work.Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.Applications close on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 23:59pm.
