This role reports to the Director of Digital Lending Experience.
How you will spend your time  The Digital Product Manager has end-to-end responsibility for building, launching and managing digital experiences that delivers on our strategic priorities and outcomes.
To achieve this, the Digital Product Manager will be required to prioritise and execute new initiatives that align to the strategy and combines the needs of technology, design, product, operations, legal, risk and compliance.
Deliver a market leading experiences that supports our ubank brand positioning and growth aspirations  Define the lending roadmap based on the ubank strategy, customer needs, and a deep understanding of digital product trends and market conditions Maintain the product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements that align with the strategy and needs of all business units Working closely with delivery teams to define, design, build, test and measure new features Ensure features are ready for development, supporting delivery to effectively prioritise on a fortnightly basis and execute to time, cost, quality and strategy Lead the delivery of changes to customers on a regular basis, working closely with key business areas to ensure operational readiness Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks are met Leverage qualitative and quantitative customer data combined with expert opinion to make timely decisions Lead ubanks service proposition through the day to day delivery of great, reliable and consistent experiences Manage day to day analytics and product operations including managing complaints, feedback and incidents Use a strong understanding of fintech and digital trends to inform decision making and generate new ideas that truly differentiate ubank.
Mentor other team members in digital product and lead cross functional teams in a fast-paced, outcome driven environment  What you will bring  Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Digital Product Owner  Experience in Broker and Aggregator channels will be highly regarded  Experience in home lending space and origination funnels required Understanding of agile tools and processes  Working experience of a fast paced agile development processes.
Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics  A problem-solving and collaboration skillset Strong attention to detail A relevant tertiary qualification is preferable Financial services experience is preferable Effective communication skills, both written and oral Be a team player.
