Your why As the Digital Product Manager for the Customer Identity and Access Management Squad, you have end-to-end responsibility for delivering customer experiences focused on identification and access management that deliver on our strategic priorities and outcomes.
Whilst embedded within a delivery Squad, you will be required to prioritise and execute new initiatives that align to the strategy and combines the needs of technology, design, product, operations, legal, risk and compliance.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, user empathy and technical understanding to deliver innovative and impactful digital products.
Ensuring that features are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
How you will spend your time As a Digital Product Manager , you will: Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs and market trends.
Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
Monitor and drive key product metrics and make data-informed decisions to improve the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
Present product updates, performance, and future plans to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
Leverage user data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer-centric solutions.
Ensure that all digital products comply with legal, privacy, and security requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to product development and implementation.
What you will bring 2-3 years of experience in product manager or product owner role Previous experience in developing and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions highly regarded Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar digital industries Why Ubank?
