Currently, we are looking for keen and enthusiastic people to be part of a rapidly changing landscape within the OSP Oakleigh site.

In the role of Digital Printer Operator, you will be responsible for running a high-speed digital production Machine, to the highest possible quality & standard, whilst maintaining best practice for colour quality and optimal production speeds.

This position will need to be a flexible one, with the right candidate being able to shift between day and afternoon based on workload and seasonal spikes.

We currently have 2 positions available on Day and afternoon shifts:
Day shift (6am – 6pm / Monday – Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday) – 38 Hours (2 hours top up)
Afternoon Shift (3pm – 12am / Monday – Thursday ) – 38 Hours

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:
Previous experience in operating a digital printer (preferred but not essential) Running a continuous line or production machine Understanding of RIP (Raster Image Processor) software.
Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Good Communicational Skills Able to meet and understand deadlines Understanding of processes before and after the Digital process Able to provide 'on the spot' presentations if required Keen Eye for quality and attention to detail Computer skills – Microsoft and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Basic Understanding of Pantone colors and their formulations Discover more... by visiting our website at
