As Digital Leader, you'll be a vital part of the Transport, Land & Water team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.
How will your ideas shape what's next? As our new Digital Practice Leader, you'll be a vital part of the team who are growing the Transport portfolio of projects that we design and deliver in WA. Your role will include:
Digital leadership - to work strategically in project setup, leading delivery through our digital platforms and tools, developing capability and managing key aspects of our client relationship.Technical leadership to implement digital solutions in projects.Identify client needs and opportunities, in line with our Aurecon Blueprint to drive commercial growth within the service group.Establish strong connections to our group Digital Team and our in-house digital products/services/solutions and contribute to their development, including consideration of customer and user needs.Champion Aurecon digital policies and initiatives including 'Model First' and 'Aurecon Project Information Management Standard'.What are we looking for from you?You'll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future.
We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life, through experience in a similar digital engineering role.
Development of project specific digital engineering plansBIM and model coordination across multiple disciplinesSetting up and coordinating the common data environment for projectsDevelopment and implementation of project method, standards and proceduresExperience in BIM management in the delivery of transport infrastructure and water projects to client standardsBe a competent user of relevant DE software, including Navis, Revit, Revizto, etcExperience in delivering projects in accordance with ISO19650At least 10 years' experience working in engineering design or constructionDegree qualified in relevant engineering disciplineWe value the difference each team member brings, and we look for people who have had a broad range of experiences and a growth and learning mindset.
