At Jemena, we're looking for a Digital Portfolio Manager to lead and support our Digital portfolio, our expanding Data space, and make a real difference in how we deliver value across our organisation.In this influential leadership role, you'll collaborate and partner closely with business and digital stakeholders to shape and execute a multi-year program of work spanning diverse business processes and technology platforms. Your expertise in portfolio management and governance will ensure seamless execution and maximum value realisation for Jemena's strategic project investments.A little about youLead and inspire teams to deliver multi-million-dollar enterprise technology projects using agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with over 10 years of proven experience.Partner with stakeholders to design and implement delivery plans, ensuring resources and capabilities align with business objectives.Resolve conflicts effectively while fostering collaboration and supporting individuals to achieve shared goals.Guide and recover challenged projects, providing direction and innovative solutions to achieve success.Use strong communication, influencing, and attentive listening skills to connect technical concepts with business needs and inspire stakeholder buy-in.Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to plan and execute IT transformational initiatives in complex environments.Qualifications / certifications & SkillsProject Management accreditation (Agile, PMI, CPPM (AIPM) or Prince2) or equivalent years industry experience.Experience in large/complex corporate, utilities, mining or engineering highly desirable.Experience in delivering IT projects in regulated industry highly regarded.ITIL.Why you should come and work for usOur people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
