Overview of our role In this new and permanent opportunity as the Digital Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will be empowered to provide a central point for all project delivery to assure quality delivery for the Jemena Digital Portfolio. You will collaborate closely with peer roles in the delivery teams and be accountable for project 'health checks', governing gating processes throughout the project lifecycle, and creating a clear view across the portfolio to assess, communicate and influence quality outcomes.
A little about you Extensive experience in portfolio and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others in a collaborative, matrixed environment.Skilled in designing and implementing project management processes that enhance efficiency and delivery.Adept at managing competing priorities and delivering time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on fostering positive and productive relationships.Experience in managing risks and resolving issues effectively to ensure project success.Qualifications / certifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Experience in the energy sector and regulated industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Superior interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at a range of levels – including c-suite executives.Proven analysis, written and oral communication.An ability to understand complex technical information and interpret it for a range of audiences.Agile & Waterfall Delivery Method.Why you should come and work for us Our people are our energy source and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
