Due to an internal move, join our growing business in this pivotal role, reporting to the General Manager – Digital and partnering with teams across Operations and Marketing.

What You'll Do: The Digital Platform Manager is responsible for the management and enhancement of HESTA's digital platform, services and products.
You will drive and shape the user experience through the delivery of integrated technology systems that enable omnichannel personalisation allowing our employees to create market leading experiences for our members.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Digital Platform Leadership: Lead, manage and mentor a specialised team of digital professionals (including Martech, Data & Insights and Risk Analysts). Digital Platform Roadmap: Deliver HESTA's digital platform roadmap, including overseeing the marketing technology stack and leading ongoing development throughout various software and project lifecycles. Stakeholder Relationship & Vendor Management: Provide thought leadership, partner with internal business leads and manage significant third-party vendor relationships (including Adobe).
Monitor, assess and challenge our strategic partnerships and contracts against the market including leading future RFPs to ensure service delivery, best options and outcomes. Digital continuous improvement: Lead and contribute to continuous improvement, digital initiatives and special projects. About You: You'll have extensive experience in a similar management role leading and delivering digital products/platforms, in particular the Adobe stack (Experience Manager, Target, Campaign, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimiser) and/or Salesforce or similar platform experience including project management and design and development, ideally within the financial services or super fund industries.

Key to success will be your ability to manage stakeholders, internal teams and vendors to drive customer experience transformation, content management, personalisation and delivery.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, presence and gravitas.
Tertiary qualifications in technology, digital, computer science, project management or business related discipline is essential.
