This is a key leadership role responsible for driving digital optimisation and delivering high-impact solutions across our digital channels.Lead a talented digital team to create and implement cutting-edge digital strategies that enhance user experience, optimise platform performance, and drive business growth.Lead the development and execution of the digital strategy to align with the company's vision and goals.Oversee a backlog of delivery for CareSuper's digital platform, including the website, secure portal, mobile app, and other channels such as the adviser and employer portals.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, service delivery and compliance teams to implement seamless digital solutions that comply with regulations and deliver on customer needs.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver user-focused, brand-aligned designs, incorporating feedback to improve the platform.Analyse and report on member experience and platform performance, utilising data to drive continuous improvement.Manage and mentor a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the organisation remains competitive and future-ready.Who Are We Looking For?We're on the lookout for passionate individuals who embody our values. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:Proven experience in a digital management role, ideally within the financial services, superannuation, or related industries.Strong technical expertise in web and mobile platforms, including system integration, cyber security, and performance optimisation.Proficiency in analytical tools (eg.
