Your New Role Open to Melbourne OR Sydney based candidates In this role as Digital Experience Platform Owner – Public Website, you will own the digital experience for the public website which is our largest "front door" to Aware Super for members, prospective members, employers, advisers, media, regulators and the government.
As the hands-on owner of the Public Website, you will lead your team of 4 functional specialists to partner with various value stream squads to support awareness, acquisition and retention activities. You will drive the strategic direction of the Public Website and the ongoing delivery of key features, functionality, digital optimisation, SEO, content design and governance.
You will also collaborate with the other Digital Experience Platform Owners to leverage your team of Digital Optimisation specialists to develop strategies to improve the digital experiences across all the digital authenticated platforms for members, advisers and employers.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills & experience: 10 years+ experience in designing and delivering digital experiences with a strong focus on public facing websites. Be an experienced and confident leader for a team of functional specialists. You will provide guidance, mentorship and foster a positive and collaborative team environment with effective communication, knowledge sharing and ongoing skills development. Significant hands-on experience as the platform owner for an enterprise content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) from uploading content, through to working with technology to ensure the website continues to function optimally. Proven success with engaging business stakeholders to develop content strategies which drive traffic through successful SEO optimisation and have measurable website visitor engagement. Working knowledge of customer centric design processes (UX/ information architecture, etc), AB testing (Adobe Target) and analytics (both business and digital analytics). Be able to establish and grow strong relationships with internal business and technology stakeholders at all levels in the business. Proven experience in developing and executing digital strategies that significantly enhance member acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and overall business performance. Demonstrated skills with a record of achievement in developing roadmaps for ongoing website optimisation, project management, and the delivery of outcomes in a matrix environment.
