How you'll make an impact

The Digital Growth team delivers best in class digital experiences for existing and potential AMP customers.
Owning the implementation and optimisation our Paid and Owned channels to drive acquisition and retention outcomes.

As the Digital Performance Manager, you will support marketing activity across paid, owned and earned digital channels that drive awareness, engagement and acquisition in support of our wealth, bank and advice platform business lines.

You'll make an impact by:

Deliver end to end performance digital marketing campaigns in paid, owned and earned digital channels (including SEM, Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Native, Affiliates (is Finder, Canstar etc), Display) to achieve key commercial outcomes.Analyse data for insights to inform optimisations and surface opportunities for current and future activity.Define and implement SEO strategies to support campaign activity and lower acquisition cost.Implement conversion rate optimisation tactics (e.g.
personalisation and A/B testing) in order to achieve conversion rate targets and drive efficiencies in advertising spend.Work closely with external agencies and channel partners to inform strategy and optimisations.Drive creative and campaign set up according to best practice and insights from previous campaigns while engaging in an iterative model of test and learn.Identify and implement best-in-class strategies to drive new lead generation and nurture existing prospects through the funnel, achieving business targets and growth in key portfolios.Support the end-to-end digital marketing process for the digital portion of campaigns from strategy to execution to drive customer and commercial outcomes; including conceptualisation, planning, agency and vendor briefing, feedback, stakeholder engagement, channel testing and continuous performance forecasting and reporting.Use tools such as SA360 and Facebook for set up and optimisations of full funnel activity from awareness to acquisition.Deliver reports on activity with key insights and future optimisations including the 'why' to key stakeholders across the business.Have a strong respect for risk, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, following due diligence and risk processes when required. What you will bring to the team 3 years proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, SEM, Social, Display, and Native.Proven success driving commercial results in SEM/PPC achieving CPL and CPA targets, straight from agency or recent agency experience a must.Demonstrated ability managing martech including SEMRush, and Google Data Studio and experience with Adobe or Google Analytics experience is highly desirable.Digital first mindset with a focus on the full user journey.Highly effective disciplines in planning, plan execution, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
