The Digital Performance Manager - Partnership Lead Generation is responsible for managing Greenstone's performance marketing activities to deliver high-volume, low-cost lead generation through 3rd party partnerships and/or in-house brands, across local and international markets.
Acting as a key liaison between the Brand, Creative, and Analytics teams, you will drive profitable growth and channel expansion for our low-cost digital lead generation campaigns particularly around, but not limited to, Native Platforms like Taboola/Outbrain, and social platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Your sound understanding of the digital landscape and performance marketing will allow you to maximise digital investments, ensuring we meet key performance metrics, CPL/ROI targets, lead volumes, revenue, and profit goals.
You will create a framework for success in managing a diverse range of partners, as well as helping to deliver a strategy for in-house lead gen activity.
This is a great role for anyone who has a strong passion for performance and has proven strong communication and project management skills.
You will be instrumental in driving forward this emerging lead source, fleshing out the strategy and roadmap, and driving incremental profit with enterprise budgets to match.
What are we looking for? 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and 2+ years in a comparable digital acquisition and performance roleTertiary level qualifications (e.g.
bachelor's degree or higher) in a relevant marketing or business disciplineProficient with Performance marketing best practices and preferably Facebook, Taboola and TikTok certifiedExtensive digital marketing experience combined with a broad range of channel experience in digital marketing in service-based companies, preferably in financial servicesProven negotiation and relationship development experience and an ability to manage stakeholdersProven ability to manage budgets and to ensure value in marketing expenditureExperience in developing project roadmaps, reporting and creative testing plansStrong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectivesDemonstrable passion for social media and/or programmatic display, and its development in the marketSelf-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environmentCreative strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approachProficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly ExcelHas previously managed a testing roadmap or project manages the development of LPs and Creative assetsAble to thrive in a team environment where collaboration is keyStrong people skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clientsAbility to multi-task, organise, prioritise and structure workloadDigital Marketing qualifications, Analytics, or other digital performance platformsExperience in the management of a multi-brand and multi-product digital marketing strategyExperience in affiliate, social and email marketingExcellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholdersJIRA or similar project/task management softwareOur Promise to Our People We are passionate about our core values of Customer First, We Care, One Team, and Results Driven, which define how we approach our work.
