About the role - Digital Performance Analyst Our client is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join our team, responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making for enterprise ICT capability. This role is essential for optimizing digital services and ensuring seamless, user-friendly interactions.
Duties Develop automated reports and conduct analysis to provide insights on key performance metrics, leveraging PowerBI and Azure DevOps dataProduce high-level artefacts including business, process, and data flow diagrams to articulate current and future states for data and application managementPrepare technical and system documents as necessary to support reporting and analysis effortsSkills / Experience Data modelling and data extraction of existing systems for mapping into future system enhancements or integrated data modelsWorking with transactional and point in time dataMapping and visualising process pathways and identifying bottlenecks Identifying metrics that contribute to process improvementsHow to apply To be considered for this role (JOB ID: EF9291), please forward your resume to Eric by clicking the Apply for this Job button.
