Combining technical expertise, project management skills and strategic thinking you will enhance the user experience, drive digital engagements, and support student acquisition and growth.About YouTo be successful, you will require:Postgraduate qualifications in information technology, marketing, or related fields, with extensive relevant work experience in the areas of website development/management and/or digital marketing.Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems (including associated technologies).Demonstrated experience in the development of website infrastructure and strategy, with the ability to engage stakeholders, collect business requirements and develop actionable plans.Advanced project management skills, including the ability to set proven and attainable goals, manage workloads, achieve deadlines on time and on budget.Excellent communication skills, particularly presentation skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.Demonstrated ability to be persuasive and positively influence outcomes while maintaining positive and equitable relationships within a team environment.Demonstrated ability to engage in effective and proactive teamwork, and a proven ability to lead and manage a team recognising the abilities of others and utilising cooperative approaches.Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Higher Education and TAFE sector, including an understanding of contemporary issues.RemunerationAppointment to this role will be at Professional Level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $122,002 to $128,851 per annum.
