About the Opportunity You will be part of the SMART Digital Programme team and provide day-to-day operational monitoring and support for Technology One One Council, Field App and ERP integrations, as well as being responsible for collecting and defining customer requirements, documenting and planning out system releases, improvements, and integrations, and working with the vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of continual improvement and help support services.
This position is located in Dalby and is fixed term, full time until 31 December 2025.
You will: Resolve or complete service incidents, requests, problems, and changes while ensuring service levels are maintained.
Manage and communicate requirements to all users of One Council, Field App and ERP integrations using one-on-one dialog, group presentation, and formal high-quality documentation or other suitable formats and methods contextual to the situation.
Contribute to quality management, including automated and manual testing for One Council, Field App and ERP integrations.
Take responsibility for the system upgrades, including investigation and resolution of user queries and support issues.
This role is full time, working 36.25 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO.
About yourself A person in this position needs to have an extensive understanding of Local Government, Enterprise Resource Planning solutions and their core functions.
This position will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications and work experience OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience.
It is also highly desirable for the successful candidate to have experience in Technology One's Saa S ERP One Council.
Mandatory Vaccinations (or a valid and verifiable contraindication) are to be evidenced when requested by Council.

Leave Loading You will receive 17.5% leave loading on top of your base rate of pay while you are on Annual Leave.
