As our Digital Metering Change Analyst, you'll play a part in driving positive change for the communities we serve.

– $107,675 - $113,862 plus 12% superannuation
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Metering, you'll be working in a supportive, dynamic and rewarding environment and contributing to the success of the Digital Metering program.
The Digital Metering program will ultimately see the replacement of our existing mechanical meters with digital meters, providing the foundations for rich insights and an enhanced customer experience. Phase 1 of the program is on track to roll out 25,000 meters which will prove the technology, end-to-end operating model, and business case. To support this program, Yarra Valley Water is seeking a Change Analyst to work with the Program, business stakeholders and vendors. The Change Analyst will support the Phase 1 rollout, in addition to applying learnings and undertaking change activities in readiness for the longer-term implementation.

Your key responsibilities The Change Analyst has the following responsibilities. YVW has a robust Change Management Framework to guide these activities:
Change Impact Assessment: Complete detailed change impact assessments for the new digital metering solutions, evaluating impacts on:
- Technology and systems
- Roles and capabilities
- Operational processesData Analysis and Recommendations: Dive into system and process changes, using data-driven analysis to identify potential impacts and provide actionable recommendations to minimise disruption and enhance customer outcomes.Training Needs analysis: Assess future knowledge and skills requirements for impacted roles, and identify training needs to ensure these roles are equipped to support Digital Metering. Identify opportunities for delivery of training.Tactical Change Plans: Develop Change Plans for impacted teams, to clearly document roles, training, resources and any actions required to implement the change.What we're looking for Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with good attention to detail.High degree of initiative – takes a proactive approach to their work; identifies and actions improvements.Experience with process analysis and/or business analysis will provide a strong foundation for this role.We celebrate and encourage new thinking at every level.
