About The Role: This role is responsible for leading the onboarding and ongoing day-to-day success of the newest client at Mindbox. This is a newly established leadership role within the agency - managing a global account from Sydney, with the opportunity to identify and drive consulting, data and strategy projects with key client and agency stakeholders from day one.
This role will also be tasked with defining our planning, operational and ways of working within an integrated agency team through the Mindbox lens. Supported with a team of x8 media and campaign specialists, you will be tasked with working internally and closely with creative agency and Above-The-Line partners, in delivering holistic marketing solutions with a core focus on optimal end-to-end digital solutions. This will include strategic campaign planning and ongoing articulation of data-led insights underpinned by true collaboration with multiple agency and client stakeholders.
From day one, you will help refine and shape how we work with this new client, demonstrated through effective communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
