The Digital Media Manager position is part of Entain's Digital & Media department, operating within a hybrid model that combines both in-house and agency responsibilities. This team oversees all traditional and digital media purchasing, including performance channels, SEO, CRO, and WordPress development.
As Digital Media Manager, you will take the lead on media strategy and planning for the Neds brand. This role will be the key point of contact for various teams, such as Brand, Agency, Media, and Analytics, managing media activity, scheduling, finances, and campaign development. Additionally, the Media Manager will serve as a brand ambassador with media partners, ensuring that our sponsorships, media buys, and data/technology access are of the highest market standard.
This role focuses on driving a customer-centric approach by developing and executing strategies that cater to a deep understanding of our target customer segments, including the media they engage with.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver cohesive, holistic annual and campaign plans for Neds and work with channel leads on specific buying strategies for Screens, Sponsorship and Performance.
Work with channel leads to deliver regular reporting and insight from media channels including brand studies, partnership tracking and performance updates and ensure these insights reach the right teams to drive uplift.
Leverage our existing MMM, Brand Tracking and Analytics to build a cohesive full funnel model for performance in media and ensure accountability at all levels.
Be responsible for the correct rollout and instruction of creative to ensure full compliance at all times with Responsible Gambling and other related state and national regulations.
Leverage our partnerships with media owners and platforms to bring best in class thinking on media and creative to the wider business.
What you'll bring...
4+ years experience in media planning and/or buying roles at an agency or in-house brand team.
Clear proficiency and passion for Digital Media and marketing, including the use of analytics and buying platforms to generate insights and drive optimisation.
Experience in media finance processing e.g. Invoices, Accruals, Reconciliation.
